If you’re not satisfied with the item(s) within 30 days of reception, we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
Returns: Unnatural MMA does not accept returns, but may provide refunds based on our teams evaluation of the issue at hand
Refunds: Unnatural MMA provides refunds for refundable issues
Refundable issues include:
- Incorrect items received
- Incorrect sizes
- Damaged items
If these issues occur, you must contact us at unnaturalmma.business@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and provide video and/or pictures for our team to evaluate the proof of your issue. If our team finds that your issue is refundable, you will be provided a full refund of the item(s) shipping cost
Non-refundable issues include:
- Desire to cancel order once placed. UnnaturalMMA is not responsible for the placement of our customer's orders, and placed orders automatically start the production of the item(s)
- Lost or stolen item(s)
- Dissatisfaction of the item(s), such as the quality, fit, and/or feel of the product
